Arges Mall has officially opened its doors
On April 25th 2024, Prime Kapital, developer and investor on the real estate market in Central and Eastern Europe, inaugurated, in Pitesti, the company’s newest project: ARGEȘ MALL.
ARGEȘ MALL officially becomes the largest shopping centre in Argeș county and in the region, as a result of an investment of over 100 million euros.
With a total built area of over 77,000 sqm and a capacity of over 2,000 parking spaces, ARGEȘ MALL hosts:
- More than 140 shops and commercial islands;
- A huge food court area (over 3,500 sqm), with an interior garden design and a panoramic terrace towards Lake Prundu;
- Entertainment spaces and services;

Many of these are present for the first time in Pitesti.
