Silk District is our largest mixed-use urban renewal project in the heart of Iasi, Romania’s second largest city.
A historic landmark in central Iasi is being developed into a new district on the site of the old silk factory. Connected to new and existing infrastructure linking it to 85% of the city, Silk District is the ideal location to blend work, leisure and habitation.
