Its catchment area consists of 207,000 inhabitants. The centre integrates a Carrefour hypermarket with fashion and home decoration anchors. The property was developed by Prime Kapital in the DJV and completed in November 2018. In February 2019, the centre was acquired by MAS PLC from the DJV.
